Opening in 2020, Rosebud Early Learning employs over 30 staff and caters for 92 children aged from six weeks to six years of age. It offers a Victorian Government Approved Kindergarten Program for three to four year olds, and its connection to Bayview Church also allows the centre to share many valuable programs and facilities.
The centre, with its huge iconic windmill, has two on-site chefs, unique indoor and outdoor play spaces, a Junior Masterchef Program, a Ranger Program, and animals including frogs, fish and lizards.
Rosebud Early Learning embraces education as a holistic experience, and these enriching environments are based on child-led activities that foster empathy, communication, creativity and problem solving. Children are also encouraged to be free to be themselves in the centre’s natural playscapes, where they can explore the world around them, develop confidence and resilience, and make new friends!

Rosebud Early Learning pays respect to elders past, present, and emerging and the Bunurong people of the Southeast Kulin Nation, from the land to the waterways on which we gather, learn and play. We celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
